poorly planned event confused children
the breakfast was acceptable, and i noted that the gym was of average size.
christmas evening was quite a letdown. organizers invited kids to meet santa, yet only those with prearranged gifts received them. many children were left confused and crying. it was a poorly planned event. staff didnt react to my complaints.

mountain view outdoor jacuzzi
the room was spacious. i especially liked the mountain view from the window. (it really was pretty). the outdoor jacuzzi provided a luxurious experience.

the breakfast had quality coffee.
The pool was too cold for a comfortable swim. This was a big letdown. also, the jacuzzi was out of service for the entire duration of my stay. it was disappointing because i looked forward to relaxing in it after a long day.

Excellent Facilities and Convenient Location
spacious apartment excellent view
The hotel provided a spacious apartment that accommodated my family of two children comfortably. A large balcony offered excellent city views. I found the city center was easy to reach, as it was less than a kilometer from the hotel. The staff consistently showed friendliness and communicated well in English.
I noticed the 'residences' section of the hotel is a considerable distance from the main building. This distance made accessing the restaurant, spa, and reception inconvenient. This was difficult for our family.

excellent stay
convenient location necessary facilities connected parking good air conditioning
the hotel's location is really convenient near the main street. Rooms included all necessary facilities for the stay. A connected underground parking garage offered easy access to reception and rooms. the air conditioning was good, especially during the heat wave.
the waitress didn't come to our table even once during dinner and didn't ask about our drinks and seemed unpleasant and on her cell phone the whole time.
